Returns

Thank you for shopping at Pretty Things.

Unfortunately we are unable to accept returns unless the item that you have received is faulty. Please be aware of this when ordering an item from our website.

 

Return a Faulty Item

  • If you receive a faulty item, please contact us at enquiries@prettythingsjewellery.com with details of the faulty item.

  • You must contact us within 14 days from the date that you received the item.

  • If we accept the return we will then contact you with details of the return address.

  • If you are eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • Your item must be in the original packaging.

  • Along with your item, you must include the receipt/copy of order invoice as proof of purchase.

 

Refunds

  • Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have your returned item.

  • If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.

  • You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuers policies.

 

Shipping

  • You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item.

  • Shipping costs are non refundable.
